The end of the 2015 football season is nearly here and just like teams around the state who are fighting for playoff positioning, the staff at NH Sports Page are also fighting for position in the staff picks as we head into the playoffs.
I want to give a big shout out to Bow Senior Mike Mallette who will be filling in for Jon Kesty and me this Saturday. Mike and Pete Tarrier will be covering Winnisquam at Bow in a clash of unbeatens.
If anyone is interested in filming with us, even if it's just for a game here or there, please contact us. Especially if you are a student and are thinking about getting into sports media or any type of videography, this a great platform to get your start.
For me personally, this website was how I got my start in sports videography. I got a journalism degree at Keene State College but what really helped me get employment in the sports industry is showing people what I could do and I did that with this website. Now I'm a camer operator for the NH Fisher Cats and the Manchester Monarchs. And sidenote, I will also be filming for the Boston Celtics tonight!
