Hope for New Hampshire Recovery fundraiser
2015-09-07
HOPE for NH Recovery is holding a spaghetti dinner fundraiser on September 19, 2015 @ 6 PM.
HOPE for NH Recovery is a non-profit organization that recently opened its first Recovery Center at 122 Market St in Manchester that is the first of its kind in the state of NH. Manchester Mayor Ted Gatsas and Sen. Kelly Ayotte have been tremendous supporters of the movement to address this rapidly growing epidemic that is affecting people in every age group, every economic level, every race and ethnicity. It doesn't descriminate.
HOPE for NH Recovery's charter is to:
1) Educate the public - remove the stigma and treat addiction as the disease that it is
2) Advocate state and federal government officials to affect policy change
3) Provide recovery support services for people with substance use disorders and their families
4) Empower our members by providing resources, training and skill development
5) Offer peer recovery support services and community social events
6) Celebrate recovery and provide support for continued success
7) Open many more recovery centers throughout the state of NH that will support communities
Please feel free to contact Jon Kesty at 603 325 4211, Mike Lopez at 603 623 9145 or Melissa Crews at 603 714 9136 for more information.
